Single-phase full film capacitor with foil-exposed structure, low loss, and long service life;
Aluminum foil with folded edges to alleviate power line concentration;
Product Standardization - Capacitor length is fixed, width is classified into two grades, and product height is designed with step increments. The position and dimensions of the lifting lugs are also set with step increments based on product structure, configuration,n, and installation requirements, to achieve product serialization and standardization.
Internal fuse protection mode is preferred for capacitor element protection. The internal fuse is installed between two capacitor elements, with an insulating liner provided between the fuse and adjacent elements to prevent damage to the latter in the event of fuse operation, thereby significantly enhancing the operational reliability of the capacitor.
Discharge resistors are configured between each series section of the capacitor winding. These resistors fully eliminate DC overvoltage across the elements, mitigate the adverse effects of combined DC and AC overvoltage resulting from internal fuse operation on high-voltage internally fused capacitors, and enhance the operational safety and stability of the capacitor.
The capacitor unit has an extremely low failure rate and high reliability.
